Problem
1.What if the handle cannot connect to the robot?
A:First, confirm that the robot has started, and then confirm that there are no other versions of apps running in the backend of the controller. If you still cannot connect to the robot, please restart the robot and the app before attempting to connect again.
2.Is it normal for a robot to stop moving on its own?
A:It may be due to motor or driver over temperature protection. Please wait for 10 minutes and try again. If you still cannot control the robot to continue moving, please check if the battery is sufficient, then confirm if the emergency stop status is turned off (the emergency stop switch lights up blue when turned off), and then check if the handle signal is disconnected.
3.What if the handle operation does not respond after connecting the machine dog?
A:Firstly, confirm whether the emergency stop status is turned off (the emergency stop switch lights blue when turned off), and then confirm whether the handle is connected to the correct robot WiFi. If connected but still unable to control, please wait for 10 seconds before attempting to control the robot again. If there is still no response, please restart the robot.
4.Can the robot continue to use if its body or legs are tilted after standing up?
A:Do not use force control at this time. Please immediately press the soft emergency stop to make the robot lie down, shut down and restart, and try to control the robot to stand again. If there are still abnormalities, please contact after-sales service.
